How to show or hide Comments in Excel worksheet Cell
You can show or hide comments on a single Excel worksheet Cell (Active Cell) or show or hide Comments on all Cells of Excel worksheet.
How to Show or Hide a Comment in single Excel worksheet Cell
If you keep your mouse pointer over Excel Cell which has a comment, the comment will be displayed till the mouse pointer is inside the Cell. The comment will be hidden again once the mouse pointer is moved out of the Cell. If you want to keep showing Excel worksheet Cell comment in Active Cell even when the mouse pointer is outside the Cell, follow as explained below.
Go to Excel Ribbon > Review Tab, Comments Group and click "Show/Hide Comment" button as shown in below image.
Comment on Active Cell is shown as in below image, even if the mouse pointer is ouside Active Cell.
Click "Show/Hide Comment" button again to hide the comment in a single Excel worksheet Cell.
How to Show or Hide all Comments in Excel worksheet
To show or hide all comments in Excel worksheet Cell, follow as explained below.
Go to Excel Ribbon > Review Tab, Comments Group and click "Show All Comments" button as shown in below image.
Comments on all Cells in Excel worksheet are shown as in beow image.
Click "Show All Comments" button again to hide Comments in all Excel worksheet Cells.
